Brad Birchfield

Brad Birchfield has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Brad started their career in 2007 with Vacation Rentals, where they held various positions until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Brad worked as a Property Manager at King Commercial Properties, advertising properties for rent, conducting property tours, and managing bills. Brad then joined Garden Park Apartments as an Assistant Manager from 2012 to 2018, where they continued to advertise and conduct tours of rental apartments. In 2018, Brad moved to Hamilton Point Investments, LLC, first as an Assistant Manager and later as a Community Manager, responsible for advertising apartment floor plans, giving property tours, and managing bills. Currently, Brad is serving as a Community Director at Weidner Apartment Homes starting in 2021.
