Ryan Schwarzer

Ryan Schwarzer started their career as a Real Estate Tax Consulting Associate at The Cobalt Group in June 2015. Ryan then moved on to work as a Senior Investments Analyst at Security Properties in June 2017. In May 2019, they joined Weidner Apartment Homes as the Director of Investments.

Ryan Schwarzer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portland. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Real Estate Broker from the Washington State Department of Licensing in February 2020, and as a Certified Public Accountant (Retired) from the Washington State Board of Accountancy in July 2016.
