Samuel D.

Samuel D. has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Samuel started their career as a Cashier at McDonald's from May 2016 to May 2017. Samuel then worked as a Cashier/Courtesy Clerk at Hornbacher's from October 2017 to May 2018 and as a Cashier at Fred Myers from July 2018 to September 2018. In 2018, they also served as a Customer Support Student Leader at UAA Career Exploration & Services from September 2018 to May 2019. Samuel joined Weidner Apartment Homes in August 2019 as a Leasing Consultant and was promoted to Manager In Training in October 2022. Samuel currently holds the position of Community Director, overseeing the operations of two communities since April 2023.

Samuel D. completed their high school education from Mat-Su Career & Tech Ed High School between the years 2013 and 2017, earning a High School Diploma. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management with a concentration in Property Management. In addition to their formal education, Samuel also obtained a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) in February 2023.
