Dave Garman

Dave Garman, CPE, currently serves as the Estimating Director for Special Projects at Weigand Construction, where responsibilities include the setup and utilization of InSite Earthwork and Site Utility Estimating Software, as well as developing a new Timberline Estimating database system. With extensive experience in estimating and preconstruction management, previous roles include Chief Estimator at Michael Kinder and Sons, Inc., and positions at Pepper Construction Group and Lauth Group, Inc., where significant contributions included building estimating database systems and managing preconstruction departments. Dave Garman's career began at Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc., and encompasses a progressive trajectory in estimating and project management across various construction firms. Garman holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University.
