Karen Chasteen has extensive experience in the screening industry, currently serving as President of Clears Inc. since August 1998, specializing in employment and tenant screening, including credit reports, background checks, and eviction records. Additionally, Karen holds the position of Regional Manager at Weigand Omega Management, a role held since February 1979. Previous experience includes working as Apartment Manager at Builders Inc. from May 1972 to April 1976. Karen attended Friends University from 1963 to 1965.
