Jamey Starnes

Jamey Starnes is an experienced Broadcast Engineer at Weigel Broadcasting Co. since August 2021, responsible for system checks and maintenance scheduling. Previously, Jamey served as a Junior Network Systems Engineer at ION Media Networks from December 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring MPEG transport streams, troubleshooting network design, and liaison support for Multichannel Video-Programming Distributors. Prior positions include Traffic Inventory Specialist at Raycom Media, Network Scheduling Coordinator and Master Control Operator at Encompass Digital Media, and Master Control and Production Assistant at WHKY Radio and Television Station. Jamey began a career in the industry as an intern at OMNIsound Studios and holds a Certificate in Audio Engineering from SAE Nashville.
