Lucy Phipps

Lucy Phipps is a highly experienced Family Law Solicitor and Partner currently serving at Weightmans since October 2022, where responsibilities include Product & Innovation Partner and Sector Lead for Leeds and Newcastle. Previously, Lucy held the position of Chair for Resolution North & West Yorkshire from January 2024 to August 2025 and was a Partner & Head of Family Law at Harrowells Limited from October 2017 to September 2022. Lucy's earlier experience includes being a Partner at Stowe Family Law LLP from October 2013 to September 2017 and working as a Family Solicitor at Newtons Solicitors Limited between July 2012 and October 2013. Lucy holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course certificate from BPP Law School, as well as a BA honours degree with a Triple Major in History, Politics, and Philosophy from Lancaster University.
