Richard Hughes

Richard Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of IT Services at Weightmans since May 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Service Management and Transformation at finova from October 2022 to March 2023. From November 2017 to October 2022, they worked at Hill Dickinson LLP as the Head of Service Delivery. Prior to that, they served as a Programme Manager at Cisco from February 2017 to November 2017. Richard also worked at Violin Memory, EMC, QA Ltd, Xpertise Training, Co-operative Financial Services, and Co-op Bank in various roles and positions. Their experience includes leading teams, managing customer support and success, and delivering IT services.

Richard Hughes attended Wigan College of Technology from 1987 to 1989, studying Chartered Institute of Banking. In 2008, they obtained a certification in ITIL V2 Managers / ITIL V3 Expert from ISEB.
