Tom Spring

Tom Spring is a Partner within the Insurance Division at Weightmans, where they defend litigated employers' liability and public liability claims, including large loss multi-track matters. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Legal Director at Kennedys, focusing on complex, high-value claims and advising clients on policy indemnity issues. Tom has experience as a Senior Associate and Assistant Solicitor at Langleys Solicitors, and was an active member of the Young Professionals Group Committee at the Insurance & Reinsurance Legacy Association Ltd, promoting professional development within the (re)insurance legacy market. They hold an LLB (Hons) Law from the University of York and a LPC with Distinction from the College of Law in York.
