Victoria Duddles

Victoria Duddles is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in employment law, currently serving as a Legal Director at Weightmans since January 2011. Victoria advises a diverse range of clients, from HR advisers to Board Directors, on various employment law matters, including TUPE, redundancy, disciplinary issues, and absence management, while also representing employers in Employment Tribunal claims. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Senior Adviser at EEF West Midlands from 1996 to 2010 and practiced as a Solicitor at Warner Cranston from 1992 to 1996. Victoria's educational background includes an LLB Hons in Law from Leeds Polytechnic and Law Society Finals from Chester Law School.
