Garrett Illa Ei

Garrett Illa, E.I., CFM is a Project Designer at Weihe Engineers, with experience in water resources and civil engineering gained through previous roles at Goodwin and Marshall, Inc. and USDA-NRCS. At Goodwin and Marshall, Garrett Illa prepared construction plans, developed full sets for residential projects, and led land planning for a 500-lot project. As an Engineering Intern at USDA-NRCS, Garrett Illa created a JavaScript program to enhance efficiency in designing grade stabilization structures and conducted assessments using ArcMap to maximize agricultural production. Garrett Illa earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering with Distinction from Purdue University, following a high school diploma from Palmyra High School.
