Brendan McNerney

Brendan McNerney currently serves as a Law Clerk at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions since October 2023. Brendan has served as a Staff Member at St. John’s Law Review from June 2021 to June 2023 while pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at St. John's University School of Law, where graduation occurred in 2023. Previous experience includes a Summer Associate position at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in 2022, a Judicial Extern role with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and a Judicial Intern position with the Southern District of New York. Brendan also worked as a Staff Engineer at Tighe & Bond from September 2019 to August 2020, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2019. Education culminated with graduation from Ardsley High School in 2015.
