Jenna McBain

Jenna McBain is currently a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, with extensive experience in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, having joined the firm in September 2012 after serving as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor. Prior to this role, Jenna completed summer trainee associate positions at White & Case LLP, Mayer Brown, and King & Wood Mallesons, along with internships at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Italia, and Vogue. Jenna holds a Master's Degree in Law from New York University School of Law and has completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and Spanish from the University of Bristol.
