Richard Olson is a seasoned designer with over two decades of experience in various roles within the engineering and design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Weil-McLain since October 2020, Richard previously held a similar title at Meggitt PLC from September 2009 to October 2020, where responsibilities included designing mold forms and patterns for flexible bladder fuel tanks and modifying designs for de-icing products. As the owner of a private contracting business from 2005 to 2010, Richard specialized in creating 3D models of sand castings and parts based on measurements and existing designs.
