Michael Christiansen

Michael Christiansen has extensive experience in the investment banking and corporate finance sectors. Michael began their career as a Vice President at Prudential Securities, where they were responsible for marketing, relationship management, and transaction processing in the Consumer Group. Michael then moved on to WestPark Capital, Inc., where they served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking and oversaw various equity offerings for China-based emerging growth issuers. After that, they joined Bolcán Mining Corporation as their Chief Financial Officer before the company merged with Jameson Stanford Resources Corporation. Michael then held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Star Mountain Resources, Inc. and later became the President and Chief Operating Officer. Michael also served as a Director at Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation and MEMEX Inc., and as a Corporate Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at SNT Media. Currently, they are a Senior Managing Director at Weild & Co., a leading network investment bank.

Michael Christiansen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Utah State University, where they studied from 1974 to 1979. Michael then pursued further education at USC Marshall School of Business, where they obtained their MBA in Finance and Economics from 1979 to 1981.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Christiansen has also obtained various certifications. In September 1992, they earned a TS/SCI Security Clearance from the Department of Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO). In June 1985, they acquired FINRA Series 7, 63, 79, 82, and 99 certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Most recently, in March 2020, they completed the Las Vegas Metro Citizens Police Academy program offered by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
