Neil Poissant

Neil Poissant has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Neil started their career in 1995 as a Senior Field Engineer at Cybernetics Intelligence-Driven Storage, where they were responsible for installing, servicing, and demonstrating high-speed data storage equipment. Neil also managed and trained other field engineers and collaborated with the R&D department to improve product lines. In 1998, Neil joined Chiron America, Inc. as a Manufacturing Manager and Mechanical Engineer. Neil was in charge of ensuring on-time delivery of vertical machining centers and managed the manufacturing department. Neil also designed and integrated components for machining centers. In 2006, Neil transitioned to Adams Companies, Inc. as a Sales Engineer. Neil'sresponsibilities included designing and selling commercial and industrial HVAC systems, providing cost-effective solutions to customers, and collaborating with consultants, contractors, and architects to increase sales and market share. Currently, Neil is working at WEIMA America, Inc. as an OEM & Regional Sales Manager.

Neil Poissant holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including "E.I.T." from the National Society of Professional Engineers and "LEED AP" from USGBC.
