Stephanie Chaiken is an experienced Executive Theater Manager and President with thirty years of experience in leadership, fundraising, grant writing, and community development for arts and education organizations. Stephanie has held various leadership positions at New Jersey City University and Ramapo College of New Jersey, focusing on promoting performing and visual arts programs. Stephanie's educational background includes coursework in Theatre and Music at Boston Conservatory, one half of credits completed towards an M.A. in Theatre Arts at Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Drama from Franklin & Marshall College.

Through a wide range of dramatic, musical, artistic and educational programs, the Weinberg enhances our area’s cultural life and ensures that the arts remain accessible and affordable to the broadest possible audience. The Weinberg theater is owned and operated by the City of Frederick, Maryland. The Weinberg Center for the Atrs, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, assisting in fundraising and community relations.
