Janina Dukart has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate at both Columbia Sportswear Company and lucy activewear. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Bridal Consultant at Anna's Bridal Boutique, where they worked until 2018. During the same year, they also joined Blue Bridal Boutique as a Bridal Consultant. In 2018, Janina began their career in the healthcare industry as a Health Coach at Profile by Sanford. Janina later assumed the role of Lead Health Coach, followed by a temporary position as Interim Manager. In 2021, they joined Calibrate as a Member Success Coach, where they worked until 2022. Janina'snext role was at CharterUP, where they served as a Customer Success Account Manager until early 2023. Currently, they are working as a Client Success Specialist at WeInfuse, starting in February 2023.

Janina Dukart completed their Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Portland, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Janina has also pursued additional certifications. In July 2022, they obtained certifications in Account Management: Maintaining Relationships and Customer Success Management Fundamentals from Linkedin Learning. In August 2022, they became a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, which they obtained from SuccessHACKER.
