Zachary Marson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Zachary started working as an Assistant Art Director at the Institute for International Sport in 2012, where they assisted the art director in coordinating sports activities, theater productions, and art galleries. In 2012, they also worked as a Copy editor and Literary Intern at Blackbird Literary Journal, where they managed the selection of published content and collaborated with senior editors. In 2014, Zachary joined Weinstein Jewish Community Ctr as a Staff Counselor, where they maintained a safe environment for children and supervised various activities. Zachary also worked as an Assistant Editor at Broad Street Magazine from 2014 to 2019, where they copy edited pieces, contributed to board meetings, and reviewed submissions. Currently, they are serving as the Kids' Place & Specialty Camps Operations Director at Weinstein JCC.
Zachary Marson earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2008 to 2012. Zachary further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from 2012 to 2014.
