Ellen Dalicandro

Ellen Dalicandro is the Professional Development and Talent Manager at WeirFoulds.

She is a member of the firm’s Talent team supporting the associates, students and law clerks with recruitment, performance management, compensation, engagement, learning and professional development.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Ellen was the Director of Talent Management at a national law firm. Prior to transitioning to talent management, Ellen was a corporate lawyer where her practice focused on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. Ellen obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.

Ellen is a member of various professional associations including the National Association of Law Placement, the Law Society of Ontario and Young Women in Law. She is also actively involved in the Toronto Telfer Alumni Network.
