Christopher L. Nelson

Christopher Nelson leads the Firm’s whistleblower and consumer litigation groups and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of the individuals and institutions he has represented, serving as lead or co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in some of the largest class actions in history.

Christopher earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law (2000) and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis (1997). He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Washington D.C., and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the United States Tax Court, and multiple federal appellate courts.
