Hikmet Demiryol

Hikmet Demiryol has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. From 2001 to the present, they have been associated with Weishaupt North America, starting as a Territory Sales Manager and progressing to the position of President & CEO. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing the company's sales activities in North America, managing key accounts, and making strategic decisions for marketing. Prior to joining Weishaupt, Hikmet worked at DemirDöküm A.Ş. as a Senior Product Manager, where they led marketing activities for a range of products with a significant annual turnover. Hikmet conducted market research, organized meetings with various stakeholders, and implemented strategies to better understand the market.

Hikmet Demiryol has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Istanbul Technical University. Hikmet also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Hikmet Demiryol completed their secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, where they obtained an Abitur degree in Mathematics and German from 1983 to 1990.
