Andrew Miller, PE, is a Project Engineer at Weiss Associates since November 2015, specializing in environmental assessment, compliance, engineering, remediation, and storm water services for various clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Areas of focus include storm water compliance and treatment, spill prevention plans, hazardous materials management, wastewater treatment, site assessment, vapor intrusion mitigation, and construction oversight. Prior to this role, Andrew served as an Engineer at JHA Environmental from June 2011 to November 2015, where responsibilities included environmental assessment and remediation for industrial, aerospace, and Superfund projects, as well as technical and project management tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as Computer Lab Manager at Cal Poly Pomona, assisting students and IT staff. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned in 2011.
