Mitch Burnstein serves as the Firm Managing Director and Chair of the Eminent Domain & Private Property Rights Acquisition Group at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L. Prior to this role, Mitch worked as Assistant Attorney General and Assistant State Attorney within the State of Florida. Mitch holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Emory University.
