Blaine Davis

Blaine Davis has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and management. Blaine currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Marketplace Pros, a role they began in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Weisser Distributing, Inc. for several years, starting as an Owner in 2001 and eventually becoming the Managing Director from 2013 to 2015. During their time at Weisser Distributing, they were responsible for implementing growth strategies, managing sales forecasts, and leading negotiations with vendors and partners. Before joining Weisser Distributing, Blaine worked as the Sports and Education Sales Manager at Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2011 to 2013. Blaine also has relevant experience in the automotive industry, having served as the Field Operations Manager at CCC Information Services from 2004 to 2010. In this role, they recruited, trained, and managed a team, maintained relationships with dealerships, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and usability of the inspected vehicle database. Blaine also has previous experience as a Substitute Teacher at Sioux Falls School District, a Sales Intern at Wells Fargo Educational Financial Services, and a Sales Associate at Finish Line.

Blaine Davis pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1999 to 2003. Blaine successfully obtained certification as a Prof G Certified Strategist from Section4 in October 2020.
