Alyssa Marcheleta

Alyssa Marcheleta is an experienced technical designer and creative director with a diverse background in the fashion industry. Currently employed at Weissman since July 2023, Alyssa also owns and leads Paper Anchor, where vintage inspired patterns are created for home sewists, alongside designing spiritual practices to enhance creativity. Previous roles include Designer and Fit Developer at CHAMPRO, where over 40 styles per season were developed, and Product Developer for Levi Strauss & Co., where interactive tech pack templates were created. Other experiences include quality control at Chubbies Shorts, head of the design department at Rivar's, and career mentoring support at Indiana University School of Medicine. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design from Ball State University.
