Director Of Strategic Operations at Weitzman Institute

Mandy Lamb has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mandy started their career in 2009 as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they taught various courses and assisted with grading and survey facilitation. Mandy then worked as an Instructor, teaching an online course on public policy controversies.

In 2011, Mandy joined the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Research Specialist. Their responsibilities included developing and reporting on surveys, collaborating with funders and media outlets, and supporting analysis and research efforts.

In 2015, Mandy joined the Community Health Center as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President. Mandy provided administrative support to the executives.

Since 2016, Mandy has been associated with the Weitzman Institute. Mandy started as a Program Manager for Weitzman ECHO and later moved on to become a Senior Program Manager for Weitzman Institute Education and Telehealth. In 2021, Mandy assumed the role of Director of Partnerships and Development. Currently, they serve as the Director of Strategic Operations, responsible for stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and overseeing various operational aspects of the Institute.

Throughout their career, Mandy has played a critical role in driving organizational growth and advancing the missions of the organizations they have worked for.

Mandy Lamb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Michael's College in 2008. Mandy then went on to receive a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011.
