Randall Stebbins

Randall E. Stebbins, a commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, is Executive Vice President – Director of Asset Management for Dallas-Fort Worth. In this position, Stebbins is responsible for leading the team of Asset Managers that handle a portfolio of Dallas-Fort Worth shopping centers managed by Weitzman. Prior to joining Weitzman, Stebbins served as Director of Development for Barnes & Noble Booksellers, where he handled strategic store expansion planning, site selection, legal, lease negotiations and construction activities for a 22-state region.

Stebbins’ nearly four decades of commercial and retail real estate experience also includes work as Vice President of Real Estate for Blockbuster Entertainment and as Marketing Principal for Trammell Crow Company in West Texas and New Mexico. He began his real estate career as an assistant real estate appraiser for Exchange Savings and Loan of Dallas.
