Cam McKinnon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cam started their career as a Logistics Analyst at Fletcher Challenge Forest Industries Limited in 2000, where they worked until 2004. Cam then joined Transport for London as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2006. After that, Cam took a break to travel abroad for a few months before joining Bank of New Zealand in 2007. At Bank of New Zealand, they initially worked as a Credit Analyst from 2007 to 2009 before transitioning to a role as a Commercial Partner from 2009 to 2022. In 2022, Cam started working as a Business Development Manager at WEL Networks.
Cam McKinnon attended Lincoln University (NZ) from 1990 to 1991 and obtained a Diploma in Agriculture, with a focus on Agriculture, General. From 1992 to 1994, Cam McKinnon studied at Waiariki Institute of Technology and completed a NZ Certificate in Forestry, specializing in Forensic Science and Technology. Later, from 1997 to 2000, Cam McKinnon pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Economics at Massey University.
