Brian Sy

Brian Sy has worked for various companies throughout their career. Brian currently holds the position of Group Head of Reward & Operations, People & Culture at WeLab since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal in Career Consulting at Mercer from June 2019 to March 2022. Brian also served as the Head of Global Data Services for Hong Kong & Macau at Willis Towers Watson from March 2017 to May 2019. Before that, Brian held the position of Manager at McLagan from October 2010 to March 2017. Additionally, they co-founded ConnectsClub and worked in business development from 2012 to 2013.
