Vivid Lam has a diverse and extensive work experience. They began their career in 2000 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in GRMS/SPA. From there, they held roles at Deutsche Bank as VP in Group Audit HK, UBS as Director in Group Internal Audit - IB, Credit Suisse as Vice President in General Counsel - Compliance Review, and HSBC as Senior Operational Risk Manager and ORIC - Reporting and Analytics. In 2017, they joined Computershare as Vice President in Risk Management, Asia, and later that year, moved to BNY Mellon as Head of Operational Risk, APAC. In 2020, they became the Head of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, APAC (1LOD) at Banco Santander, and in 2021, they joined WeLab as the Group Head of Internal Audit. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance, internal audit, and operational risk.
Vivid Lam's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. Vivid obtained an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2013-2014. Prior to that, Vivid pursued a Master in Arts degree in Professional Accounting and Information Systems at City University of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2003. Vivid's undergraduate education was in Computer Engineering, earning a BEng degree from The University of Hong Kong from 1994 to 1997.
