Cindy García Maldonado

Cindy García Maldonado has a wealth of work experience in the medical field. Cindy began their career in 2013 as a Medical Intern at the Hospital General de Mexico, where they also participated in the 2nd Medical and Surgical Congress of Residents and the 13th Academic Days of Medical Interns. In 2015, they worked as a Medical Intern for isem. In 2016, they worked as a Medical Surgeon for the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association and as a Medical Surgeon for Pharmed Solutions Institute. That same year, they also worked as a Medical Surgeon for the Universidad Tecmilenio. In 2019, they took a Course of Medical Update with AMIR Salud. In 2021, they began their current role as Head Medical Officer for Welbe Care. Additionally, they have provided medical attention to personnel of corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers of various businesses in Mexico, Central America, and Colombia, including Office Depot Mexico, Radioshack, FESA, and Marchand. Cindy has also attended to cases and protocols of COVID-19 in all workplaces in Mexico and Central America.

Cindy García Maldonado received their Bachillerato from Colegio Mercedes in 2009-2015. Cindy then attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they obtained a Médico Cirujano degree in the field of Medicine. Cindy has also completed courses from Harvard Medical School in Managing Vulnerable Populations and COVID-19, Immunological Testing During COVID-19, Pregnancy and Breastfeeding During COVID-19, Factores de Riesgo Psicosocial en el Lugar de Trabajo, Identificación, Análisis y Prevención NOM-035, Certificado en Psicología Positiva, Tercer Curso Internacional de Síndromes Coronarios Agudos del Tratamiento a la Prevención Secundaria, Aplicación de Criterios de Vulnerabilidad ante COVID-19, Todo Sobre la Prevención del COVID-19, Formación de Monitores para Retorno Saludable, and Programa de Capacitación en infección por SARS-CoV-2 en Atención Primaria a la Salud. Cindy is also scheduled to complete a Diploma in Seguridad en el Trabajo y Salud Ocupacional from the Secretaria del Trabajo in 2022.
