Chen Chang (Cece)

Chen (Cece) Chang has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. From December 2012 to March 2013, they worked as an Associate Intern at PwC. In August 2017, they joined Anthem, Inc. as an Actuarial Analyst and held this position until July 2020. Chen (Cece) then advanced to the role of Actuarial Analyst II, Advanced Analytics at Anthem, Inc. from August 2020 to July 2022. Most recently, they started working at WelbeHealth in July 2022 as a Senior Analyst, Analytics & Research.

Chen (Cece) Chang pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Actuarial Science from Boston University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, their educational background includes completing the Financial Management Program at Fudan University and earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from Henan University.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Chen (Cece) Chang has obtained several certifications. Chen (Cece) completed the Intermediate SQL certification from DataCamp in February 2022. Before that, they obtained certifications in Data Manipulation with pandas and Intermediate Python from DataCamp in December 2021.
