Jackie Mark, MPA attended Orange Coast College from 2004 to 2009 and earned an Associate's degree in Communications and Journalism. Following this, they enrolled at California State University, Long Beach from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Rhetoric, Pubic Affairs, and Cultural Affairs. Continuing their education at the same university, Jackie completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Policy from 2014 to 2017.
