Jillian Simon

Jillian Simon, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality Operations at WelbeHealth, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in Northern California. With a solid background in social work and operations management, Jillian previously held the position of PACE Center Director at Los Angeles Jewish Home, directing a health care program for the elderly. Past experience also includes roles as Social Services Director at Rehabilitation Centre of Beverly Hills and Director of Clinical Services at Alzheimer’s Family Services Center, where Jillian supervised clinical programs and provided counseling. Early career positions involved counseling at Newport Community Center and directing social services at Green Acres Nursing and Rehab. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
