Kristopher Hayes

Kristopher Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2005, they began their career in the US Navy as a Team Lead and Hull Technician, where they successfully managed projects and resolved operational issues. In 2015, they transitioned to BNY Mellon as an Analyst, where they processed financial security transactions, collaborated with investment managers, and analyzed large data sets. In 2017, they joined Genoa Healthcare as a Senior Data Analyst, where they developed automated reporting programs, conducted research on predictive analytics, and optimized negotiations for purchasing compliance contracts. Currently, Kristopher Hayes is working at WelbeHealth as a Lead Data Analyst starting in 2022.

Kristopher Hayes completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at the University of Washington from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at American University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
