Rachel Frank is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations and Executive Director at WelbeHealth since April 2022, Rachel previously held significant positions at Oak Street Health, including Regional Director of Operations and Population Health Director. Rachel's background also includes valuable internships in healthcare and finance with organizations such as SmartHealth Catalyzer, ClostraBio, and Genentech. In addition to a strong operational background, Rachel possesses experience in project management and technical writing from roles at PlayStation and Avatar Partners. Rachel holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
