Sally Knox

Sally Knox is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare finance and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Performance Excellence at WelbeHealth since January 2022, Sally previously held the role of Vice President, Growth & Strategy at OptumCare Colorado from May 2020 to January 2022. At DaVita Medical Group, Sally progressed through various leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance Operations and Senior Director of Operations & Strategy, contributing significantly to service line optimization and operating income improvement. Prior experience includes roles at DaVita Inc. focusing on corporate strategy, as well as positions at StreetWise Partners and Bank of America in investment banking. Sally holds an MBA in Health Enterprise Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Religion and International Studies from Williams College.
