Thahmid Zuberi

Thahmid Zuberi is an accomplished technology professional specializing in Genesys platforms and integrations. Currently serving as a CX Platform Architect at WelbeHealth, Thahmid leads a cross-functional team to develop AI-integrated call flows and manage critical HIPAA-compliant deployments. Previously, Thahmid worked as a Freelance consultant at RoyalZTech and spent two years as a Routing Platform Manager at Apple, where responsibilities included designing omnichannel solutions and ensuring SLA compliance. Thahmid's expertise was further honed at Sun Life as a Senior Genesys Engineer, managing migrations and deployments, and at IBM as a Genesys Application Developer. Thahmid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Concordia University and an Associate’s Degree in Pure and Applied Sciences from Champlain Regional College.
