Xiaoli Kong (Shelley)

Xiaoli (Shelley) Kong, CPA has a diverse work experience in accounting and auditing. Xiaoli (Shelley) started their career at KPMG China as an Associate Auditor from October 2011 to July 2012. Xiaoli (Shelley) then worked as an Audit Associate at JLK Rosenberger LLP CPAs from August 2014 to September 2016. Following this, they joined Volunteers of America Los Angeles as a Senior Accountant from September 2016 to August 2018. Since 2018, Xiaoli has been working at WelbeHealth, starting as a Senior Accountant from September 2018 to January 2019, then progressing to the role of Accounting Manager from January 2019 to December 2021. Most recently, they served as a Sr. Accounting Manager from January 2022 to July 2022 before becoming the Director of Accounting at WelbeHealth in August 2022.

Xiaoli (Shelley) Kong, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at Northeastern University (CN) from 2007 to 2011. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) at UC Irvine, specializing in Accounting. Xiaoli (Shelley) obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in June 2016.
