Jorge Lugo

Jorge Lugo currently serves as Assistant Site Manager and previously held the role of Site Manager at WELBRO Building Corporation since April 2017. Prior to this, Jorge was a Project Manager at FCM Contractors from October 2010 to April 2017, with responsibilities including estimating, pre-task planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety management, handling RFIs and submittals, value engineering, contract management, and processing change orders. Jorge holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
