Nick Moran

Nick Moran has a diverse work experience in the venture capital industry. In 2015, they became a General Partner at New Stack Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early seed stage companies with an emphasis on B2B SaaS, Fintech, Supply Chain, Cyber, Proptech, Healthcare, and eCommerce. In 2014, they founded The Full Ratchet, a Venture Capital Podcast that has become one of the top 0.5% most popular shows globally. Since 2021, they have been a Lead Investor at several companies including Welby Health, Showdrop, Fixer, equipifi, and Covie. In 2022, they will become a Lead Investor at Stealth Startup, Oyster Technologies, and Azalio.

Nick Moran attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an MBA in Strategy & Management. In 2007, they completed a semester on exchange at Melbourne Business School, also earning an MBA. Nick obtained a BS in Operations Management and Business Process Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
