G. Steve Partain

G. Steve Partain is an experienced project executive currently with Welch and Rushe, Inc. since November 2021, following a tenure as site operations manager at Honeywell from October 2019 to November 2021, where management of a large central power and utility plant was conducted. Partain has a substantial background with Welch and Rushe, Inc., having held the positions of project executive and senior project manager from July 2010 to November 2021. Prior roles include facility manager at Corporate Office Properties Trust and project manager at Welch and Rushe, Inc., as well as building manager at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission from 1992 to February 2005.
