Melissa Cleveland

Melissa Cleveland is a Senior Project Manager at Welch Comer Engineers, bringing over two decades of experience in civil engineering. Prior to their current role, Melissa served as Community Development Director at the City of Hayden and held various project management positions at Welch Comer Engineers and JUB ENGINEERS. Melissa holds both a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho.
