Kurt Walter began their work experience in 1981 as an Audit Supervisor at Coopers and Lybrand, where they worked until 1986. In 1986, they joined Welch & Forbes LLC as the Chief Financial Officer, a position they still hold.
Kurt Walter attended Boston College from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
