Pamela Steel

Pamela Steel has extensive experience in IT and customer service, currently serving in an IT role at Welch Packaging since April 2017, focusing on providing exceptional support for the Help Desk. Prior to this, Pamela worked as a Network Support Technician at St. Vincent de Paul School from August 2004 to April 2017, and briefly held the position of Technology Coordinator in 2012. Additionally, Pamela taught Business English to Adult ESL students, demonstrating a diverse skill set. Pamela holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute, earned between 2009 and 2011.
