Shoana Adkins has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing and packaging industries. Currently serving as a Scheduler at Welch Packaging since May 2024, Shoana previously held positions including Shipping Manager at Pratt Industries from November 2016 to April 2024, and also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative and Shipping Manager at the same company.
