David Marsili

David Marsili has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David is currently working at Optimizely as a Senior Engagement Manager since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Engagement Manager at Welcome starting in January 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, David worked as the Chief Operations Officer at The Home Team, where they oversaw operations, sales and marketing, finance, recruitment, technology upgrades, and day-to-day operations of three cities.

Before that, they served as a Facility & Operations Assistant at Duquesne University from 2014 to 2016 and as a Sales Marketing Assistant from 2013 to 2014. David also gained experience in event operations at the Pittsburgh Steelers from May 2013 to December 2013.

Additionally, they worked as a Lead Project Coordinator at The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2012.
