Nicholas Valudes

Nicholas Valudes is a licensed real estate salesperson at Welcome Home Real Estate since July 2023. Prior to this, Nicholas held a position as a mover at KLEINFELTERS AUCTION INCORPORATED from August 2022 to July 2023 and worked as a crew member at Riptide Car Wash® between June 2022 and February 2023. Nicholas is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, expected to graduate in 2025. Additionally, Nicholas completed the Dale Carnegie Course in Skills for Success: Effective Communication and Human Relations from February 2023 to April 2023.
