Andrew Vaccarello

Andrew Vaccarello is currently a Senior Civil Engineer at Welcome Homes. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Middlesex Water Company from July 2016 to September 2021, where they were responsible for the successful design and construction of over $100 Million of capital improvements. Before that, they worked as a Design Engineer at Bohler Engineering from August 2014 to July 2016, where they were responsible for design and development of full site plan packages. Andrew is a New Jersey Water Licensed Operator.

Andrew Vaccarello has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. Andrew is also certified by the New Jersey Board of Professional Engineers as a Professional Engineer and by the NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION as a Water Operator Class 3.

They work with and Annie Dibella - Senior Architectural Project Manager. Their manager is Khamini Fennelly, Manager, Site & Civil Engineering.
